The spa is just very nice! I mean, we swam in the outdoor pool with snow falling. It felt like a scene from a movie, absolute magic. And breakfast? Don't get me started, it was lavish-served us egg dishes to order, everything you could dream of was laid...

The Mountain View Room was super spacious and comfy! The views were breathtaking, with snow-capped mountains right outside. Loved the design—everything felt modern and cozy. Also, great to have both a shower and a bathtub. Room service was quick, and everything was really clean. Perfect for relaxing after a day of activities!

The scenery surrounding this hotel is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the heart of the Bavarian Alps, allowing guests to enjoy stunning mountain views right from their room. The food quality was impressive, particularly the grilled fish, but the prices at the on-site restaurants felt steep, with a burger priced at €36 due to the lack of dining options nearby. Although the service was generally attentive, there were instances where requests were delayed, and the limited options for complimentary upgrades left something to be desired.

Request a room with a mountain view. the panorama is spectacular and worth the extra cost.

The views from the hotel are simply breathtaking, and it's just a short walk to the informative documentation center about the area's WWII history, making it perfect for anyone who loves to explore on foot. the staff was also outstanding, very friendly and eager to help with all our needs.

Luxurious stay in a fantastic location. The panoramic view from my Deluxe Panorama View Room was breathtaking. The shower had great water pressure, and I was impressed by the spacious layout. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The outdoor pool allowed for a relaxing swim with stunning views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. However, relying on an hourly bus to get to town felt restrictive. I also noticed that the prices for certain amenities were on the higher side, like parking. Some minor miscommunications occurred, like drinks being spilled at the bar and orders mixed up during breakfast, but they were quickly corrected. Overall, a remarkable place for a romantic getaway, just a few tweaks needed for a smoother experience.

This place suits me perfectly. The indoor pool, fitness center, and amazing staff, who once helped me find my lost barrette, provide everything I need. They truly go above and beyond, making every stay enjoyable. Can't wait...
